ADI and AIADA Form Placement Alliance

Scottsdale, AZ (Nov. 7, 2005) - The Automotive Dealership Institute and the Arizona Independent Automobile Dealers Association have formed an alliance to offer AIADA member dealerships ADI’s fully trained F&I managers, secondary finance managers, Internet Department managers, service advisors and business office clerks at no fee. The agreement was announced jointly by ADI CEO/Director of Operations Alan Algan and AIADI Executive Director Charity Crawford at the AIADA’s 37 th Annual Convention last weekend at the Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, AZ.

The diploma-holding graduates and alumni of ADI will be offered directly to the Arizona independent car dealers through the AIADA, enabling members to take advantage of well-trained management and support personnel while serving to increase the already impressive 97 percent-plus placement rate of ADI.

“The AIADA is an outstanding organization and we are privileged to be associated with it,” said Algan. “It is an alliance that will help the association’s dealer members increase both their CSI and profits, and will aid us in our placement efforts. It’s a win-win situation for both the AIADA and ADI alumni.”

It was also announced by the two executives that the AIADA now fully endorses ADI as the association’s preferred F&I training facility. AIADA’s seal of endorsement will be proudly displayed on ADI’s website and other marketing materials.

“ADI offers the best F&I training available, and our members are fortunate to have access to its graduates,” said Crawford. “It is my hope that hiring fully trained management and support personnel will improve both the consumer’s purchasing experience and assist in improving the image of the independent dealers. There is no substitute for thorough training in this or any other business.”
