Scottsdale, AZ (July 6, 2005) — Automotive Dealership Institute CEO and Director of Operations Alan Algan has appointed Stephen M. Rinas as instructor of the automotive management training company’s hallmark Automotive Finance Management training course.
Mr. Rinas will also have extensive input into the F&I curriculum, using his vast experience to ensure that all material remains current.
“Stephen Rinas has outstanding credentials, and we are fortunate to have such a well-rounded automotive expert teaching our F&I course,” said Algan. “His outgoing personality brings life to the classroom, so our students will not only learn from the best, they’ll enjoy doing it.”
Rinas has served in a variety of dealership management positions. During his lengthy automotive career he has been a general sales manager, F&I manager, new and used car manager, assistant manager and sales associate. He was acknowledged in the August 1996 issue of Automotive News for 18 consecutive months of selling at least 30 non-fleet vehicles. He also received Ford Masters recognition from 1994-1997, and won the Midwest Ford Walk Around competition in both 1995 and 1996.
“In my capacity as an automotive executive, I have always done my share of teaching at the dealership level,” said Rinas. “I am looking forward to transferring my knowledge to the Automotive Dealership Institute’s students, who are eager to learn their professions. It is an awesome responsibility, and I know I am up to the task.”
