Attendees of the 2007 F&I Conference and Expo will have the opportunity to gain CSI Certification through a workshop taught by the Automotive Dealership Institute.
The two-hour workshop is free for pre-registered attendees and includes interactive training, an exam and an engraved certificate presented in a beautifully designed hardcover presentation case upon successful completion.
Beginning June 25, all graduates of the Automotive Dealership Institute’s finance and insurance program will be trained to use Lane Guide’s nationwide database to locate loan service centers and payoff departments.
The payment address provided by the borrower is often a third-party processor or a drop-box location. Lane Guide is able to identify the branch or administration office an F&I professional needs for payoffs, funds verification or credit inquiries. If a lender has closed, Lane Guide cross references the listing and provides information for the successor.

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.- April 24, 2007- Students of the Automotive Dealership Institute who speak Spanish now have the opportunity to improve their presentation and disclosure skills for non-English-speaking customers.
Bilingual students are given forms and documents in English and Spanish to prepare for the diverse customers they will encounter when working in a dealership.
“Bilingual F&I professionals are in high demand given the increase in Spanish-speaking car buyers in recent years,” said ADI Professor Jack Ferry. “These customers should receive the same level of service and professionalism as English-speaking buyers and ADI is striving to bridge that gap by giving our students the most complete education possible.”
