This course was very in depth and complete. I gained way more knowledge than I expected. I was a step ahead of the game when I finally got my F&I job. Arzu was a very wonderful instructor and made everything very easy to learn. I am very pleased and had a lot I could take with me. . . both knowledge and materials. With ADI’s help I am now training as an F&I manager at a Lexus franchise. Thank you. |

The information I’ve learned is very valuable. I enjoyed the class and have a working knowledge that I can use everyday in my new career. The entire staff here at ADI has gone beyond what was expected of them. I have been both student and teacher in the automotive world. I cannot possibly understand how an F&I manager could get through a one-on-one with a customer and not have a solid foundation and working knowledge of finance. I leave the classroom with the tools necessary to complete a long career in the automotive field. |
