This course trains you on all aspects of being in F&I at a real world dealership. It trains you how to make the most money ethically! The course exceeded all expectations. The people are all awesome!

The ADI experience was by far better than my original expectations. Professor Jack Ferry’s knowledge of F&I Management is awesome. His training of real world applications are extremely important to be able not only to do the job, but to do a great job in the F&I Department. The entire staff are of the best character and class—very noble people. Jack is the best I’ve been around in 22 years of the automobile business about his knowledge of F&I. Everyone is ethically sound and I would consider them “People of Trust” and in this business, that says everything.  Thanks all.

Arzu, you were very honest and pro-active. Alan, you are very quiet but you observe things very well and I appreciate all of your help. Amber, you are very nice—continue to do what you do best which is being  helpful with anything that comes your way. It’s a pleasure being around all these wonderfully nice people. I will miss everyone. The F&I program was excellent. Prof. Ferry is a great teacher . He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I was very impressed by how good he teaches his class. I am amazed by his mathematical expertise. He makes it look so easy, while at times I did find it little challenging, but the program itself is excellent.

Professor Mr. Mehrtens is top notch. I have the confidence to work at any dealership. My opinion and experience is that this is the best school to learn how to be a PROFESSIONAL Service Advisor. The school is a beautiful place to learn. Thank you for the experience!

The ADI Service Advisor course more than met my expectations, in fact, it surpassed them ten-fold.  Prof. Wayne Mehrtens  is a professional expert in this field. You just can’t put a price on his knowledge of this industry.  He teaches it in a way which is easy to understand, and you remember what you have learned. ADI is a beautiful campus with great people running it throughout. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wishes to become a professional Service Advisor.
