Very good location, very clean, well organized and comfortable. The textbook is extremely well spoken and informative, great visuals and nice computers, fantastic staff and good coffee. Well priced when you know that you are going to be 100X up on the Service Advisor in the next office over. This equals more money on your paycheck. Our instructor, Wayne, was the best part of my experience. Frankly, he is excellent. Excellent in every capacity from start to finish. He is professional, well spoken, extremely knowledgeable and most attentive to everyone of our needs. Personally, I have made a friend, a friend who I always plan to stay in touch with. Thank you Wayne you are excellent!

I would strongly recommend this course to anyone pursuing a position that requires public interaction, whether sales or advising. The instructor was very clear and informative, not to mention intelligent. ADI was a very informative school. The one-on-one attention and the instructor’s desire for us to learn was second to none. Exceptionally clean facilities and friendly staff made it a pleasure to come to each day. Great course. I learned a lot about the car business that I would have never received at a dealership. Our professor was a terrific teacher who related his own experiences to the class, which made it much more interesting than just reading the text. I enjoyed the class very much. In fact, during the last week of class I was offered a Internet/Fleet management position with advancement to a Director position in the near future at a highline dealership– thank you for everything. |

I thought the class was very informative and challenging. When I sold my dry cleaning business I knew my career change was headed towards the automotive industry. It is a “fantasy” come true that I was able to find an institution such as ADI to train me and put me at ease. The staff here is WONDERFUL!
